For Alastin Skincare, the main challenge was designing an email preference page that could handle a variety of user inputs without overwhelming the customer. My goal was to streamline the experience, ensuring users could easily navigate through multiple options while maintaining a clean, modern interface. By focusing on simplicity and accessibility, I created a layout that minimized friction and encouraged more users to actively manage their email preferences. This resulted in higher engagement rates and reduced opt-outs, demonstrating the impact of a user-first design approach.

WELCOME CAMPAIGN
For Sol de Janeiro’s welcome campaign, the challenge was crafting a compelling first impression that reflected the brand’s vibrant, playful energy while driving conversions. I created a series of emails with bold visuals and clear, inviting messaging, designed to resonate with new subscribers from the very first touchpoint.
